  • Delete - not notable, really not something that anyone outside St. Louis cares about. (Should be User:Stellertony)

      • This is not a recipe, it's an article about a kind of food. The things that should be moved to Wikibooks are, basically, articles that consist mostly of a specific list of ingredients followed by a specific procedure for preparing a particular version of some kind of food. "Aunt Edna's Crispy Hot Fried-Brain Sandwich. Ingredients: one cup brains. Note: brains must be absolutely fresh. One cup flour. 2 T baking soda...."   • Keep. BBpen's decent new stub. Seems interesting to me. It's definitely not a recipe. It's a description of a regional food item, one I'd never heard of. I'd like a little more confirmation of just how common this is. Here's a mention of it being eaten in an Indiana town. Would be especially interesting if this actual food item was the inspiration of the colloquial phrase "my brain is fried" and/or the "this is your brain on drugs" public-service ads...
