Hello!

I am a fairly new Wikipedia user and not sure exactly how much time I will have to be contributing here, nevermind whether I have the talent to do so anyway. But, I will pick and poke around for a while to find out.

By trade I'm a Unix sysadmin/developer and a lot of my interests are Internet-related. In many ways the stereotypical geek, just like all the others. However, although a lot of my time is taken up playing with the latest software toys (and hardware toys when cash flow allows), I do take an interest in the social and philosophical aspects of all this nifty Internet technology.

I'm heavily involved in various Blitzed projects especially OPM, an insecure proxy DNSBL, and Blitzed's IRC network. I can be found there under the nickname of grifferz, but unless you're willing to register a nick on that network, I probably won't talk to you (no offence!). You could always email me instead, at grifferz@blitzed.org.

As I'm still getting to grips with how Wikipedia works, both technically and socially, I welcome any suggestions or feedback anyone may have for me. Feel free to just add it here, thanks.
