Legendary?[edit]

Why is the nightingale described as "legendary"? It's widespread in Europe and parts of Asia.--Mabzilla (talk) 02:05, 8 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The point[edit]

The (currently first) note, about the point being that a nightingale didn't exist (presumably just referring to Berkeley Square), looks very much like a personal opinion/interpretation. After all, there was magic abroad in the air, so who is to say what did or didn't exist that certain night. If there's no authority for this comment, I suggest we drop it.
