Created needed article from disambig[edit]

There was a lot of material in Separation barrier (which also used to be a disambig) that was just WP:OR information for that article. However, much of the information is interesting and did belong somewhere - and this is the most natural place. There was a lot of inconclusive debate on what to do with the WP:OR, so I just was bold and moved the Israel related material over here. Going to now cut down some of the duplicate material from the Separation barrier article. I think it does deserve to be an actual article with "main article" links to the other articles. This article is not needed. WP:IJUSTLIKEIT is just not a good reason to keep superfluous content. The current Separation barrier article originally began life as a WP:POV fork and this content is just an extension of that. It repeats what is already written in Israeli West Bank barrier and the other, related articles. Therefore, I am returning it BACK to a disambiguation page.
