Fair use rationale for Image:BillyJoel AnInnocentMan.jpg[edit]

Image:BillyJoel AnInnocentMan.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Temporary protected status?[edit]

An anonymous user (or users) continually have been adding factually incorrect info to this page and other pages associated with Billy Joel for months now. Do any editors believe it might be helpful to give this page protected status temporarily to curb this behavior? Thanks!Jpcohen (talk) 15:11, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

An Innocent ManAn Innocent Man (album) – Even when the album is more popular than the film and the song, I'm not convinced that this is the primary topic. There are other topics with similar name with or without a definite or an indefinite article (A, An, or The, including Innocent Man (album). George Ho (talk) 09:04, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"this will only help the readers". I dare you to prove it. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 18:04, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Note on disambiguation of term/alternatives seems sufficient to me.Jpcohen (talk) 03:12, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. This appears to be the primary topic as we use the term. Andrewa (talk) 23:36, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
