This professional wrestling article is a frequent target for editors to add a week-by-week synopsis of storyline events, unconfirmed information, rumors, and other content inappropriate to an encyclopedic article. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with what Wikipedia is not, and consider whether your additions to this article will serve to make the article larger and harder to edit for style, clarity, and grammar.
It is claimed that Hunter is "one of the greatest wrestlers of all time". Claimed by whom, and published by what source? How did this achieve Good Article status?
To add to this -> Why is the entire article written as if there was actual wrestling going on with fights "won" or "lost" when it is all a pre-determined show? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.237.215.104 (talk) 23:52, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Firstly, in regard to his “one of the greatest of all time” status, Triple H is a 14 time World Champion. That in itself puts him well into that category. Many other professional wrestlers such as Ric Flair, Undertaker and even MJF have put him in their Mount Rushmore’s of professional wrestling.
secondly with the “win” and “loss” terminology, although professional wrestling is predetermined, the terminology loss and won still fit the bill as it’s describing the outcome of these matches. Predetermined or otherwise. 82.38.114.133 (talk) 03:23, 5 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Triple H → Paul Levesque – Recent media appearances by Levesque have seen him be referred to as either Paul Levesque or Paul "Triple H" Levesque. There is clearly an effort as of late for him to not be referred to exclusively by his ring name and the article being titled by his wrestling name may not be WP:PRECISE enough. In more recent years, Levesque has been known more as an executive in professional wrestling versus as an in-ring performer under the name Triple H. We don't have Dwayne Johnson underneath his ring name of The Rock and I think that a change of title for Levesque for similar reasons would be consistent with wrestlers who have since become more notable for contributions outside the ring in capacities where they don't use their ring name. PaulRKil (talk) 20:48, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose. Dwayne Johnson is one of the biggest names in Hollywood while Paul Levesque's corporative leadership is relatively unknown to the general public compared to his wrestling work. The name did make recent mainstream headlines due his comments on Vince McMahon allegations and maybe one day it will notable enough, but for now Triple H is a far bigger name. BinaryBrainBug (talk) 22:36, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
PS: his X username and name are Triple H as well right now. BinaryBrainBug (talk) 22:44, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose per WP:COMMONNAME. Johnson became one of the most known actors in the world. Also, he stills making appearences as Triple H. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 08:41, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose: recent references to him under his real name do not negate the decades that he's been established under his ring name. He is clearly far more notable as Triple H. QuietHere (talk | contributions) 18:03, 6 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose. If you show someone a picture of him, what are they most likely to say? Paul Levesque? Highly unlikely. It’s Triple H Jrock826 (talk) 00:20, 9 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

in the interview with JR where triple h dubbed himself the game it was actually because JR said he was a student of the game and he replied "I am not just a student of the game, I am the f*cking game!" 2601:410:280:4CB0:C1EA:36B4:5157:7121 (talk) 16:07, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
