Untitled[edit]

This category needs to be split into the present titled category and a separate "Government of the U.S." I never liked the idea of using "politics" as a descriptive blanket term for official government institutions, and especially now that articles on clearly political subjects such as Reaganomics and Culture Wars are being included in it, the topic needs to be split to end the equivocation. If there is no disagreement, I will start the move soon. A less important issue, but I also think that this category should be renamed to "politics in the U.S.", because it appears that with the government articles split off, it would then be a category for the conduct of politics within the United States, as opposed to the government of the U.S. Postdlf 23:37, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)
