Fonzy - why are you moving pre-Renaissance momarchs to the "of country" format? That convention only makes sense for modern monarchs. Edward of Scotland is rubbish - there was no such person. Compare [1] with [2]. --mav 11:33 Mar 15, 2003 (UTC)

I did it as is farther John Balliol was put on John of Scotland.

That one doesn't make sense either. I'll fix it. --mav

I've been enjoying your contributions! But, hey, what's wrong with the age of the photo I uploaded to Great Pyramid of Giza? I think that's a good example of an article where a 19th century photo works fine. And by the time scale of the pyramids, that is a pretty recent photo :-) -- Infrogmation 03:23 Mar 16, 2003 (UTC)

Nothing is really wrong with it, I would just prefer a phot that has been taken by a wikipedian -fonzy

Hi Fonzy, I like what you've done with the years for the Grammy Awards pages. Nice work :) -- sannse 15:52 Mar 17, 2003 (UTC)

My pleasure - fonzy

Hello. Thanks for amending the Wikipedia:Most active Wikipedians page to show that some people were jointly in the same position. I didn't even think of doing that! How sloppy of me... Oh yes, and well done on your position: it looks like I have a lot of work to do to catch you up! ;) -- Oliver P. 13:12 Mar 18, 2003 (UTC)

I just save an awful lot :-). - fonzy

When did ununnilium get officially renamed? This would be an interesting piece of information to have in the article. --mav

to be honest I dont't know, but soemtime in this year i beleive. - fonzy

Okay, I've got the EFTA map. I'm a little confused about the coloring though; what's the lighter color (on Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland) supposed to represent? --Brion 21:13 Mar 30, 2003 (UTC)

The lighter is current members, daker is ex-members. -fonzy PS, remeber lictenstein is also a member just abit too small to see.

Hi Daniel, as far as I know Children in Need and Comic Relief do' alternate. Each is on every second year. This year it was CR, next year CIN. I remember a BBC programme talking about it, and saying that two fundraisers in the one year would drain too many resources and overdo it. BTW, why 'Fonzy' as a nickname? Do you hang around in a black leather biker's jacket and have women swoon over you? (I do the former but women would be wasting time swooning over me!) STÓD/ÉÍRE 21:18 Apr 1, 2003 (UTC)

They don't i remember when i was youn ger noticng taht CIN happens every year whilst comic relief happens every other year. and no women do not swrom round me. (Don't know why they would, anyway my g/f woudl not liek it)

http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/faqs/#question21 <--- states when CIN 2003 Appeal will be held.

-fonzy

Just been checking. That was the original arrangement but they have changed it by moving CIN to later in the year, allowing CIN now to run yearly and CR every two years. Bloody BBC. You'd think there own programmes would get it right!!!

Well tahst hwo i alwasy remeber it being done, since i was about 7. so do you know when it changed? BTW i suggest ed to teh BBC abotu a "green nose day" fr environmenatl causes. If it ever happens you know who suggested it ;-). -fonzy

The never-opened station of the Northern Line was North End tube station, also known as Bull & Bush tube station. The deep-level passages were apparently used as a control room for the "special" floodgates. See http://www.davros.org/rail/culg/northern.html (under "Other happenings"). By the way, my list of closed stations is pretty much complete at User:Rbrwr/sandbox. --rbrwr

ok, i did nogt have time to restart the underground lines today, i was finishing Phase 1 of my Eurvision project. -fonzy

Hi, Fonzy
On the Russian dating, the idea is to KEEP the Julian dates, and mark them as Julian dates. Correcting them to Gregorian and not indicating that they have been converted will only confuse things!. If the calendar switch was made during someone's lifetime, it may make sense to give both Julian and Gregorian, but ALWAYS marked to show which is which. -- Someone else 19:43 Apr 22, 2003 (UTC)

I really hate the Russian date thing - it is very confusing because few sources indicate which dates are in Julian and which are in Gregorian. --mav

Nice work on adding the nav tables. I guess it is time for me to work on the images... :-) BTW user:RTC has photos of all the non-radioactive elements. See a crop I made of one of those images at lithium. --mav

I know i've seen it and its very good, but we do eventually need the images of radioactive elements, which some nice wikipedian could try and get permission to take pictures of from some university or science reasearch centre. -fonzy

Yes - eventually. But in the meantime there is plenty of work for us to do. --mav

Unfortunatly...yes there is :-) -fonzy

Hey fonzy, could you create the "x in literature" as minor edits? ta :-) -- Tarquin 12:18 May 12, 2003 (UTC)

Sorry, Fonz, but I'm not sure I really agree that the 2001 election data belongs on here, so, no, I don't really feel inclined to help. Deb 22:00 May 15, 2003 (UTC)

The edit-war that you're currently participating in over the wording of the caption of the sign-off image from the article on the London Congestion Charge scheme is getting to be quite silly, and a waste of time, not only for you, but also for others (such as myself). Could you possibly stop, or at least wait until the output of the discussion from the talk page suggests which way to move? Also, contributed thereto, and suggesting why you think it is 'unprofessional', rather than merely participating in endless counter-retataliatory action, might be somewhat of a better use of Wikipedia's resoures. Many thanks, James F. 21:35 16 May 2003 (UTC)

I find it ratehr wrong and rude, just to sign my naem down for something with out even telling me. I find it hard to argue my point in writing as i have communication problems in real life and hence cant put it in words. So i now just dotn bother. But it is not proffesional in my opinion, as one of the anonomous users said, it is a caption for the image so shoudl say what the image is. -fonzy

As you can see from here, it wasn't I that signed you down for that which you kept editing towards, but I agree that it is untwoards to put you down for something you have only implicitly agreed to. James F. 15:19 17 May 2003 (UTC)

Shouldn't it be a bit clearer on Eurovision Song Contest 2003 whether the judging countries are on the top or left, and are which the judgee country's? -- John Owens 21:45 24 May 2003 (UTC)

Apologies for unnecessary rudeness on Larch edit. jimfbleak 09:55 25 May 2003 (UTC)

The table in United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest is very, very confusing. I would rewrite it, but I can't read it myself :) . Most tables have columns, each titled, and then rows, one for each entry. This table seems to have columns and titles every which way. Why are the titles repeated each row, and why are there different meanings for each column with each row? CGS 20:51 28 May 2003 (UTC).

Its a work in progress. -fonzy

Hi,

you took back my changes on the Eurovision Song Contest 2003. However the result on the official homepage http://www.eurovision.tv/public/25139.html shows 9. Iceland and 12. Germany. I first saw this on http://www.ndrtv.de/grandprix/hintergrund/stories/030524_lou_nach_riga.html (german only). But I'm no expert ...

Urzel

Genrally it is only ever used for a tie in the winner (only happened once). Every Eurovision Site I have ever seen, always puts the songs in for a tie if tehy gain the same number of points. Betting shops often abuse this ruel to suit them. I haVE also notice many mistakes in an offical results for years 2002-1957 .PDF document found on the EBU website. But even this .PDF document ties them together. -fonzy

Hi Fonzy,

I removed the Province from the Northern Ireland page. It is both factually incorrect and like many terms in NI agenda-driven. There are in fact 4 provinces in Ireland. Northern Ireland is six of the nine counties of one of them. Both communities use language in a "fuck you!" style to provoke each other. Nationalists use "the North of Ireland" and "the Six Counties". Unionists use "Ulster" and "the Province". Unionists never say "the North of Ireland" let alone the "Six Counties" while nationalists take offence at the suggestion that NI "is" "Ulster" or "the Province". As wiki needs to be completely NPOV, we can use none of those four terms without giving the impression that the article is coming either from a nationalist or a unionist perspective and so biased. FearÉIREANN 01:41 4 Jun 2003 (UTC)

Ahhh I didn't know that, i just went by another source that used offical names. -fonzy

I think that sounded like a "yes" to me. :-\ -- John Owens 13:50 20 Jun 2003 (UTC)

? yes to what? yes the images are ok? -fonzy or harrassing, do u think "You now appear to be completly ignoring your talk page, is it becuase you wish not to answer? -fonzy" sounds abit rude? I was getting abit annoyed with Joe at thsi point. But doesnlt seem taht rude to me. -fonzy

The comment Jtdirl puts is taht the images are not ok.

Yes, he wishes not to answer, apparently. Didn't mean to imply any excessive rudeness on your part at all. -- John Owens 13:59 20 Jun 2003 (UTC)

O Right :-). Its ok John. On a scale of bad reputations hes a lvl-7.9 now. -fonzy

Well I am also a he, so there. :-) Rickyrab 18:17 20 Jun 2003 (UTC)

What's the procedure for banning somebody, anyway? Rickyrab 18:25 20 Jun 2003 (UTC)

Well i leave it to other people. But its usally a big disussion on that users page with him or her. Or on other paegs. Then usally geos on mailing list abit. Then Jimbo gets involved etc. - fonzy

I have requested by private email and on his talk page that Jimbo ban Joe Canuck, whose behaviour and edit pattern (in particular his unique 'style' - ie refusal to put birth and death dates as requested on the top of each page by a person's name, removal of references to nationality) etc is identical to banned user DW. To prevent him from continually reinserting images without giving any information as to their copyright while they are listed for deletion I am having to resort to protecting the pages. BTW he removed your comments on his talk page, calling it threats if I remember correctly. His behaviour is way beyond the bounds of acceptability on wiki, and indeed beyond the standard of behaviour that got him banned under his previous names. I will also be putting it onto the wiki list. With Adam apparently back as well, we seem to be going through our occasional bouts of troll attacks. I hope Canuck hasn't been too rude to you. But it seems anyone who gets in his way is subject to abuse and legal threats. FearÉIREANN 18:31 20 Jun 2003 (UTC)

Did you run out of Golden Raspberry information? I've got the list of winners up to 1995, if you'd like me to add them. (I don't have the runners-up, though, so if you have plans already, I'll hold off). Koyaanis Qatsi 20:41 24 Jul 2003 (UTC)

I didn't, I was just too lazy to finish it off. I got all the information from the official website, it should also have 1996-2002/3. If you want to finish it off then please do :-) -fonzy

Let's face it. I don't think anyone is more qualified to write Eurovision Young Dancers Competition than you. Mintguy 02:35, 6 Aug 2003 (UTC)

I don't know much about it apart from it began in 1985 and is a biennial event held by the EBU.

I hope you haven't been sleeping. The vote on Talk:Main Page/Layout design is clearly against it. Angela 01:27, 14 Aug 2003 (UTC)

I'm confused by your page List of Lords of the Isle of Man some of the names are odd because they have an ordinal attached. What is the source for this list? Also, some of the names on List of Kings of the Isle of Man are apparently not kings.

I took the information from Britannia. -fonzy

Obliged Mintguy 17:11, 14 Aug 2003 (UTC)

Considering the general non-importance of the Eurovision contests (laughed at in Europe, unheard of anywhere else), your series of articles splitting them up by both country and year is rediculous. Please stop! If people want to know what the UK entered in 1960 (and they don't), they can look it up elsewhere. User:Maury Markowitz

Fonzy don't stop. It all adds to the sum of human knowledge. If only for trivia quizzes and bringing people here through google. I think Maury isn't aware that each country holds a qualification competition and so the breakdown by country by year is not as ridiculous as he thinks. Mintguy 15:49, 16 Aug 2003 (UTC)

Thankyou Mintguy. It is untrue to say its laughed at, in europe. back in the 60s the ESC was a big thing in the UK. In Estonia in Soviet Days there were people who bought powerful antennas just to see the finnish channels broadcast. - fonzy

I agree with Mintguy. Angela

Mintguy: Have you sorted out that Isle of Man Kings and Lords issue yet that you aske me about? O also are you intrested in the national preselections of the Eurovision Song Contest? -fonzy

Well I was researching the Earls of Derby (the Stanley family) and links to holders of the title when I noticed that several of them were listed on the Lords and Kings of Isle of Man. It turns out that the Stanley family ruled of the Isle of man for a significant period, for some of that period they were known as the King of the Isle of Man, but one of the later Dukes of Derby changed it to be styled Lord of the Isle of Man. So the different pages for Lords and Kings of the Isle of Man, show a discontinuation that isn't quite so clear, as the rulers of the island were still the same family. I think the pages should be merged to Rulers of the Isle of Man or something, and a proper narrative attached to it to explain the change in governorship, and I may do this at a later date. Right now I'm still interested in making sure all the titles in the British peerage are disambiguated. I don't really have much of an interest in the Eurovision song contest myself. Mintguy 13:43, 17 Aug 2003 (UTC)

The very ideas of communism and socialism go against human nature. They are as well-meaning as the ideas of bin Laden. Read Robert Conquest and the Black Book of Communism. And Communism is still making life a living hell for 1/4 of the world's population in China, Vietnam, Cuba, North Korea, Laos, Belarus, Zimbabwe, and many other countries. JoeM

There is a difference between caiming to be one thing and being one thing. Just because a country claims to be "communist" does not mean it is. The Democratic Republic of Congo is defentely not democratic even though it claims to be. - fonzy

JoeM have you ever been in a Third World country ? Have you ever lived with a communist governement ? Life isa hell in a lotof countries that aren't communist at all in Congo or Haïti can give you an idea of what is hell for instance. Ericd 00:09, 20 Aug 2003 (UTC)

I just deleted the YWHA redirect. Just to explain why I'm ignoring policy on this one and not listing it on VfD - it was listed on Recent Changes as one of the requested articles, so I felt it more important that it remain there rather than having to take it off just because it now redirected to something. It is still a requested article, but wouldn't show up as one if the redirect had been left in place. Angela 02:17, 21 Aug 2003 (UTC)

Hi Fonzy, sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I got the message, planned to reply, then got sucked into an edit war and it slipped my mind. My Irish is rusty to put it mildly (I last studied Irish in May 1984!) but to me Ceol án ghrá is correct (it could be ceol án grá but that somehow doesn't look right). It means music of love. It could be translated in english as the music of love, though in its most literal form, the isn't in the sentence. But the issue isn't one of literal meaning but finding an english language that phrase sums up the Irish one. So 'the music of love' is perfectly correct, from my hazy recollection of Irish from nearly two decades ago. But then someone on wiki is likely, knowing wiki, to know more than I do and tell me I am completely wrong! I hope this is of some help. lol Slán, FearÉIREANN 19:45, 3 Sep 2003 (UTC)

Can you answer the question in Talk:Wimbledon_champions_(Men's_Singles) regarding your edit. Jay 07:23, 20 Oct 2003 (UTC)

You edited The London Borough of Bromley to add "It is twinned with Neuwied, Germany."

1) I'm not sure what twinned means. Is it similar to a "sister city", that is, a chiefly meaningles bit of boosterism? Could you define it on the page, or create a seperate page for "twinned city" if it's meaningful?

2) Is it really meaningful enough to be part of the London Borough of Bromley entry?

Too be honest i dont know what it is or wny it is, i live in bromley, i dotn think many ppl in bromely even know ew are twinned, but it is said on soem signs etc but it is a fact and a piece of knowledge that should be in the article. -fonzy

Conversion Table:cm-inches[edit]

Fonzy,

The page Conversion Table:cm-inches is an orphan, and you state on the page that it's intended as a test. It looks like almost a year since anyone has commented on it.

Do you have any plans for the page? Seems to me it should either be expanded or deleted/redirected.

If it stays, any ideas on how to link to it? What would make a natural parent page?

Thanks,

-Anthropos 05:15, 18 Dec 2003 (UTC)

I have been adding articles giving more details of the kings in your List of Kings of the Isle of Man. While doing this I discovered many inconsistencies between my research and your list, mostly in the dates of rulership, but some of the differences seem to be wildly different to what I have read. I would appreciate it if you could cite your research sources so that I can compare and hopefully determine how to continue with this. Thank you for your help --SilverSide 23:47, 28 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]

Article Licensing[edit]

Hi, I've started the Free the Rambot Articles Project which has the goals of getting users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to...

  1. ...all U.S. state, county, and city articles...
  2. ...all articles...

using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) version 1.0 and 2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to the GFDL (which every contribution made to Wikipedia is licensed under), but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles (See the Multi-licensing Guide for more information). Since you are among the top 1000 most active Wikipedians, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles (especially now that you have retired from Wikipedia).

Nutshell: Wikipedia articles can be shared with any other GFDL project but open/free projects using the incompatible Creative Commons Licenses (e.g. WikiTravel) can't use our stuff and we can't use theirs. It is important to us that other free projects can use our stuff. So we use their licenses too.

To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the {{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}} template (or {{MultiLicensePD}} for public domain) into their user page, but there are other templates for other options at Template messages/User namespace. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:

Option 1
I agree to [[Wikipedia:Multi-licensing|multi-license]] all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}

OR

Option 2
I agree to [[Wikipedia:Multi-licensing|multi-license]] all my contributions to any [[U.S. state]], county, or city article as described below:
{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}

Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace {{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}} with {{MultiLicensePD}}. If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. Please let me know at my talk page what you think. -- Ram-Man 21:18, Nov 29, 2004 (UTC)

Unverified images[edit]

Hi! Thanks for uploading the following image:

I notice it currently doesn't have an image copyright tag. Could you add one to let us know its copyright status? (You can use {{gfdl}} if you release it under the GNU Free Documentation License, {{fairuse}} if you claim fair use, etc.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know at my talk page where you got the images and I'll tag them for you. Thanks so much. [[User:Poccil|Peter O. (Talk, automation script)]] 22:13, Dec 10, 2004 (UTC)

P.S. You can help tag other images at User:Yann/Untagged_Images. Thanks again.

ALSO:

Image:Fpre.png marked for deletion[edit]

An image you uploaded, Image:Fpre.png, has been listed for deletion because it does not contain source/copyright information and is not being used by an article. If you do not want the image deleted:

  1. Update the image description page with source/copyright information as well as an Image copyright tag such as {{GFDL}}.
  2. Add a comment to its entry on Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion explaining that you have provided the requested information.

If no action is taken on your part, the image will be deleted in 7 days. CanisRufus 16:21, Mar 13, 2005 (UTC)

It looks like you've essentially left, but if you come back and are at all interested in becoming an admin, can you please add an '*' immediately before your name in this list? Orphaned non-free image (Image:Wikiquote4logo.png)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Wikiquote4logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 21:38, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

InMe[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article InMe, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of InMe. Hammer1980·talk 17:08, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Environment protection, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Little context in 1820s in sports[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on 1820s in sports, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because 1820s in sports is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting 1820s in sports, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 21:30, 26 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Periodic table (extended)[edit]

I have nominated Periodic table (extended), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Periodic table (extended). AfD nomination of List of firsts[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of firsts. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of firsts. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:17, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Fonzy! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 1,302 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Jonathan Motzfeldt - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Arnold Koller - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

The article Periodic table (metals and non-metals) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The information presented in this version of the periodic table is already available in any of the other periodic tables, such as Periodic table (standard) or Periodic table (large version), which also contain additional relevant information such as the element categories.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
