Minor Character

Shouldn't this article go under the minor characters section? I like Buggy but he's really not all that important to the plot.

Actually, he's more important than you think. By beating Don Krieg, Arlong AND Buggy, it raised Luffy's 1st bounty to 30mil. It would have been lower if Luffy didn't beat Buggy. Buggy also was one of the reasons Nami joined the crew. Buggy also helped us get more backstory on Capt. Shanks. He may seem like the One Piece version of Team Rocket (trying, but never succeeding), but he is somewhat major.

Buggy played a large enough role in the story to warrent his own page, plus this is a fairly large page. Justyn

He is Oda's favourite villian so most likely is gonna return, has a big enough back story to warrent it... He has had three appearances: First early on asa main villian, then the Rogue/Logue town thing and finally he is seen at the end of Alabasta. Many other more major villians have only one or two appearances, he has been active in the story then them. Angel Emfrbl 11:55, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

I'm not changing it, cos I never get the formatting right, but [ In the original Japanese version of One Piece, he inserts the word hade, which means "flashy" or "gaudy" into almost every sentence he speaks (Die with flash! You flashy bastard!).] Is a bit off. He uses it a lot, but it's really not an every sentance thing.
