Copyright tag on both photos set to "fairuse"[edit]

It's been over a year since I acquired these photos but they originated with handouts (as well as an article published in a local Canadian newspaper) to coincide with a series of public lectures given at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Waterloo. Since they were generally published to the community at large, I believe they fall into the copyright category of "Fair Use" as described elsewhere in the site. --Neilrieck 02:36, 11 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

About variable speed of light[edit]

There is a guy that published prior work about variable speed of light and that has been published in Modern Physics Letters A in 1988-1989. His name is Jean-Pierre Petit.
