"1993 – Anti-Nazi riot breaks out in Welling in Kent, after police stop protesters approaching the British National Party headquarters." This sentence is hard to comprehend and frankly inaccurate. Strictly speaking, the BNP are not Nazis (who existed solely in Germany until 1945) and I highly doubt that the BNP themselves claim this. Associating Nazis with the BNP is not only NPOV but also terribly UK-centric. The majority of the English-speaking world has no clue who the BNP is, or that they are commonly associated with continental nationalist parties. At the very minimum, the riots should be called "Anti-Nazism" to distinguish the actual mid-century National Socialist party from the modern BNP. Even better phrasing should account for the parts of the BNP platform that catalyzed the riots ("Anti-anti-immigration riot" or something; someone with better first-hand knowledge of the event in question would be able to make something more accurate). I'm changing this to "Anti-Nazism" for the time being, and I hope that someone else can improve it further. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.188.8.27 (talk) 09:21, 16 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Holidays and Observances: Magdalene of Nagasaki[edit]

The Wiki page for her lists Oct 20, as does the Augustinian Liturgical Calendar. Is there a better source for Oct. 16? --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 15:30, 16 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

There's also a list that mentioned her feast day as 28 September. I guess I'll remove her from Oct 16 for being minor saint with various minor feast days (not notable enough).--Rochelimit (talk) 10:19, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

"Boss's Day"[edit]

a Hallmark holiday, should not be here. --142.163.194.161 (talk) 20:20, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"World Anaesthesia Day"[edit]

industry promotion. Essential to health, yes, but not appropriate for this category --142.163.194.161 (talk) 20:23, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
