Lest I be misconstrued, (by way of rebuttal of Migs's stance that I am anti-government), let me state that I am apolitical. I never voted since 1970, more or less. I do not believe in politics. I am not anti-Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. For even if I saw the vision on January 9, 1999, 6:00 of a) global millennium quakes, disasters until 2010, b) several apparitions of Mary and c) the physical hurting of VP GMA, no time frame, I predicted the enthronement of GMA on 2004, and I was a great critic of Jun Lozada. I only write what I see. I hated most, as my spiritual belief, the unseating of PGMA, because of greed, lust for power, etc. by same old politicians. I am not against the present Government but I saw the deaths and illnesses of several incumbent and past magistrates, officers, inter alia, due to God's dire punishment. I am a closed Catholic. Yes, I fought hardly against Nene Pimentel (predicted his pinched nerves surgery) and Koko Pimentel's loss, via Psalm 109. Further, today I contributed 3,653 edits[2] to Wikipedia, and I never used my Gifts of healing and prophecy, bi-location, exorcism, mystical levitation, annihilation, inflicting illnesses, etc., for spiritual cleansing, but not to edit in Wikipedia. This is the first in Wikipedia history that a jobless poor Filipino dwarf judge editor had been accused of "using them as the basis for many of his contributions". I have no prophetic powers but only Gifts. Powers are limited and are developed, while my Gift of the Holy Spirit are infinite, have no bounds, and were/are bestowed upon me versus evil and hypocrisy. I wield these gifts with benevolence and compassion. Take the case of my very own lawyer Rene Saguisag. I did not create that article, but every midnights since I begged him for mercy at Malate Mil Nueve Cientos 2004, I never missed a midnight where I did not recite Psalm 109, for Rene and his family's repentance. I got it on November 8, 2008, after long long hard midnight works. Parenthetically, I prayed not only Fridays but daily for Juan Miguel Zubiri, since I was humiliated by Nene Pimentel, set up and made a beggar, when I asked for job help. I never called Mig's office nor asked for help even I could not find a job until now. It is unjust and unfair if I would be charged with using my Gifts in Wikipedia. I wield these, via Psalm 109 to fight evil, to annihilate those who vilify me. Such is pure self-defense by annihilation up to the 4th generation. Take for example that even if I was hated by many Filipino editors who voted in AFD my 2 articles and some of them are in Vibal and Filnet, I gracefully created Gaspar Vibal and WikiPilipinas, even if I had previously seen the vision of horrible tragedies in Vibal, to come. Nationalism II

Contrary to lies and accusations against me, I am for nationalism. I am the last to call for the ouster of a government. I submit to you proof: a) When I stood for Noli de Castro in S.C. 2004 cases, I fought so hard on the last week of the May 11 elections for PGMA, I changed my prediction of her downfall, b) this VP for Noli de Castro 2004 campaign movement, Mr. Francisco Katibayan III (Catibayan III Francisco G. who met me 4 times, opened his YM to me last month, and emailed me twice), had repeatedly asked me to predict about Noli de Castro's future as Acting President, and PGMA's health. I turned down his bickering. I told him that PGMA will be out when the dwarves decide. Katibayan used me against Loren Legarda but as atheist he attacked my spiritual beliefs. He failed in his promise to instead justly grant me an appointment in DSWD, so that I will spare the Court of dire dwarf deaths. His emails to me are intact as proofs that I defended PGMA; and c) at MetroWalk, I and Sanlakas Cong. JV Bautista talked about prophecies, and he asked me about the downfall of the government. I told him no, since who will sit down? Those that used my prophecies? Please fairly read the articles I created, and my edits, now 3,655; I never used my gifts to contribute to Wikipedia. I admit that I learned PC just last April 2006, but I am learning. I admit also that many were physically moved in far far places when I chat or talk with them, but that is their problem. Many can do that, ask Jaime Licauco - who suffered the Feb. 8, 2008 angioplasty I caused. His email to me is intact. His ingratitude worked to his fall, since Licauco has no spirit guide and is not at all a psychic. He is never mentioned in dwarf kingdom, nobody, yes, nobody. He cannot even inflict a single fever. My chat email is intact, on how a USA multi-decorated officer had been physically moved 4 inches while we were chatting, and his 2 accidents with pics thereafter, would show, that I am not really an important editor or Filipino to waste time upon. I am jobless and live in a dilapidated house rented with begged money. This is the truth. I do not complain to suffer jobless, since I was told by LUIS, the King of kings of spirit guides, that I must, in order to wield the gift of fire and death. I never told a lie, and truth is my life, the light - Lux in Domino. I lectured for hours monologue to Leonardo Quisumbing, Raul M. Gonzalez and 60 hours (1999 - February 10, 2006) to Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr. (on Corazon Aquino]]'s fate and medical surgeries of Renato Corona and 8 other justices. It was not fun for them. Ask Arturo D. Brion if anything I write here is false. Our Philippine cultural, religious, spiritual, philosophical, Catholic / Christian beliefs[20], and the like are absolutely protected by our, US, UK, and democratic constitutions, in similar manner that Wikipedia rules and policies do.

RfCs don't really have any power in and of themselves. Basically, if florentino fails to follow the recommendations of it, the next step would be either disciplinary measures at WP:AN, or should it come to it, a case at WP:RFAR. I am hoping this will encourage User:Diligent Terrier to become more involved with his adoptee. I feel like you and I have done a lot to uncover the breadth of floro's problematic tendencies. Even if he does have some misguided defenders, the more experienced and rational editors who become aware of what he does, the more they will see that we are right. I feel like wizardman, in principle, sees the issues but isn't ready to take more serious action, yet. Proposed blackout in protest of RA 10175

Dear Cma,

Greetings!

As a Filipino Wikipedian, I hope you are aware of the passage of Republic Act No. 10175, also known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, which was signed into law by President Benigno Aquino III on September 12, 2012. Currently, there is a discussion on the Tambayan, the noticeboard for Philippines-related topics, about a proposed blackout of the English Wikipedia in the Philippines in order to protest the passage of RA 10175, similar to the blackout against SOPA and PIPA held earlier this year. I feel that your input on the subject will definitely help in the discussion.

Please feel free to participate in the discussion at Wikipedia talk:Tambayan Philippines#The Cybercrime Prevention Act, and I hope your input will help the Filipino Wikipedia community determine which is the best course of action against this law.
