- I suggest moving girlfriend here and reworded to talk about this kind of person regardless of sex. Boyfriend, which looks like a dictionary definition, should be merged and re-directed. - Keep. Boyfriend, Girlfriend, Significant other, Romantic love, Courtship, and now [{Sweetheart]]. I think all these articles reflect very subtle nuances in our cultural practices and should all be separate articles.
