Fair use rationale for Image:Gv brand.png[edit]

Image:Gv brand.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. More History[edit]

History is rather thin. I would like to add more history spanning 1984 - 1999.

Oppose Grass Valley is not available, as it is a disambiguation page. Better to move this back to Grass Valley (company), which is where it was before it was moved to Thomson Grass Valley. Thomson Grass Valley → Grass Valley (company) — The company has been sold, it no longer uses Thomson. Legally, it is Grass Valley USA, LLC, but it use the Grass Valley trademark and name for branding. I don't understand your point. Of course, we are not obliged to use "official names" if there's a common name that is widely used, but I can't see any evidence that the company is currently widely known as "Thomson Grass Valley". At the (very) old AfD, there's a claim that "Grass Valley Group virtually invented digital video effects", and further up this page someone says they "built the world's largest switcher for NASA's Kennedy Space Center, then later for CBS".
