I have changed this from a minimal disambiguation (with Multiculturalism) to a straight redirect(ion) page.

The choice and the destination Religious pluralism was not done lightly; I considered dropping the redirect to Religious_pluralism#Inter-religious_pluralism_.28between_different_religions.29 but chose the general case.
