I know that using birth and death dates is not the nomal way to disambihuate! However, both men were lawyers, both were from New York, and both were Congressmen. I ran out of reasonable options, so used the dates. See the article stubs for more info. Lou I 14:49, 18 Dec 2004 (UTC)
