I added this because it looks like an advert for a not particularly notable company. Unless it can undergo a valid rewrite it should be deleted. - Anon.

  • As anonymous persons (UK IP address 212.104.142.176 in this case) cannot propose a VfD, I'll add my "signature" to this one for this purpose, as I agree with the motivation. Delete, naturally. Elf-friend 18:31, 1 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Wikipedia is not a business directory. Delete. -- Cyrius| 22:20, 1 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • MBA-speak: "strategic markets" can obtain "competitive advantage." With those assets, the company might well be successful. It's impossible to tell from this stock-buyer's listing. Delete it. Geogre 01:05, 2 Aug 2004 (UTC)
    • As I always try to do, I will review my votes & the article again at the end of VfD, and I hope for the best from the edits. Geogre 17:27, 3 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. This company is one of the four (maybe five) real competitors to SAP for Enterprise Resource Planning software. While they are a tier-two player overall, they are the leader in some markets. I'll work on the article this week. Rossami 14:47, 2 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. Lawson Software is pretty notable. They compete with Oracle/Peoplesoft and SAP. Their executives have been called to testify in front of regulatory bodies about mergers because of their position in this market. They are a second-tier player, but a second-tier player in an enormous market. Clean up MBA-speak and it will work. Danlovejoy 22:31, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
