Tiddler-Not is a 6-year old tabby cat. She used to live over the road with her brother, Not-Tiddler-Not, and her sister, Long-John Tiddler-Not (who has one leg missing). She now lives with the man next door but spends much of her time at our house. She comes in and out through a convenient cat-flap installed by previous tenants. She enjoys:
- waking us up in the morning
- sleeping on a fluffy chair in the front room
- prawns.
- staring at the bird feeder, hoping a very stupid bird will visit
Her dislikes include:
- the wind
- rain
- having to go home
- unexpected squirrel attacks in the back garden
The cat next door at my previous house was very small, and was consequently nicknamed 'Tiddler'. When we moved her and saw how enormous the new cat next door was, it seemed natural to call her 'Tiddler-Not'. It is not her real name.
Tiddler-Not and I have some heated debates about politics. I like Pannekoek and William Morris - she prefers Mao.
Towards an article of her own[edit]
We are currently developing a strategy designed to make Tiddler-Not notable enough to deserve her own article in Wikipedia. Here are some suggestions for how to make her notable:
- Name a high school after her
- Name a Pokemon character after her
- Get Ashlee Simpson to write a song about her, or even just mention her in passing
- Find a fast-food diner in the USA that holds a prawn-eating contest
- Open up the Pizzeria Tiddler-Not (Kabul)
- Commission a notable piece of art named after her
- Found a city, and name it Tiddler-Not
