Talk:Chroma keying

I worked in teleproduction for 5 years... blue for chromakey is uncommon these days. We used it sometimes in the studio because we had an old studio with all the walls painted max-saturation blue, and it's a lot more pleasant as a wall color than the virulent green used nowadays.

The point being, the 'usually in the blue' is outdated. It happens, but not very often- too much collision with normally occuring colors. It's usually (especially in higher-budget places) a bright and obnoxious green. I should work it into the article, but I'm still pondering how to phrase it properly (especially considering the phrase in question is in the text of 1037C...). -- Jake 08:27, 2003 Nov 3 (UTC)
