Please don't do it. The page you referenced does not say to use ISO 8601. As it now stands, I have no idea whether month or date goes first, and someone coming to read the Wikipedia articles would have no clue. There are prefernces such as 11 February or Feburary 11, please stick to those. RickK 02:43, 22 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]
