I have added the NPOV tag as the article seems a tad biased.

Vote for Deletion[edit]

I've put this article up for deletion, as it seems worthless and indeed slanderous. Alereon 09:22, May 11, 2005 (UTC)

BNP Smear[edit]

I have removed the statement, "Bennett's details appeared on the list of more than 10,000 members of the Far Right British National Party that was leaked and published on the internet in November 2008." According to the Tameside Advertiser of 20 November 2008 Steve Bennett has denied having any links to the party:

The 44-year-old [...] said he was shocked to find himself on the list of shame and insisted he had never been a member of the far-right organisation.
He is considering legal action over the smear.
"I abhor the BNP and everything they stand for," he said. "The only dealings I have ever had was when they did a story on Starchaser in their newspaper about three years ago. That can be the only way they have got my details.
"I have not voted for any political party for more than 20 years. I'm very shocked by this because mud sticks."
