Zhang (surname)/Zhang Ziyi[edit]

Uh, Zhang Ziyi's surname is referred to (along with other surnames that are rendered "Zhang" in pinyin) in Zhang (surname). --Nlu (talk) 12:54, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Paid links[edit]

From your comments while editing Opinions on the Jyllands-Posten Muhammad cartoons controversy, you seem to be under the impression that there is a policy permitting removal of paid links from Wikipedia. There is no such policy. Where we can, we prefer free links, but if they are unavailable, paid links are cartainly permitted. I see you've been removing mainly links from one site. You might well have a good reason for doing so. (If, as you say, they were spammed, for example). But that reason really shouldn't be "you have to pay". There's no requirement that references even be online!
