"Falsifying history" vs Falsyifing reality[edit]
I think we should comply to Macedonian Slavs, this generally accepted historic and "political" term instead of inventing something new. An encyclopaedia of this kind with POV and accuracy theories is not the right place for political controversies, and of course is not a place for propaganda. If things are going to change on an international level then we should reconsider the usage of this term. But until now most of the ethnic groups are Slavic groups and this is history, European not Greek. If Macedonian Slavs are ashamed for being Slavs this is their problem. They try to flasify history, their problem. So do not bother with Macedonian Slavs. Just comply to national treaties. Someday Macedonian Slavs will undestand that slavic civilization was a great civilization too. Different, but great. Do not try to change history. History changes only by herself.

These are the results of the Google test. Note: While the usage on the Internet can provide useful pointers, it is not necessarily useful as the deciding factor, especially if numbers of hits are low or differences between options are small.
All the following searches were limited to pages written in English (at least "thought by Google to be written in English"), and exclude the pages with the word "wikipedia" — we're interested in what other people use:

- 9 of the first 50 hits refer to "Slavs of Macedonia" (mostly in the context of Middle Ages). This is not meant to imply that exactly or approximately 82% of all hits for "Macedonian Slavs" refer People X.
- Macedonians
- To find pages where "Macedonians" refers to People X and not to Ancient Macedonians or Greek Macedonians, it was necessary to exclude a long list of words, those refering to Greece, ancient Macedon, as well as the New Testament.
- macedonian -wikipedia -greece -greek -ancient -alexander -testament -paul -site:.gr[2] returns 45,600 hits.
- 2 out of the first 50 hits refer to ancient Macedonians. This is not meant to imply that exactly or approximately 96% of all above hits are references to People X.
- "ethnic macedonians" -wikipedia [3] returns 10,600 hits.

You do realise that if the article stays at Anne-Marie of Greece you are saying that she is a reigning monarch, not the consort of a former or exiled king. All monarchs are listed in the form <name> of country. All living consorts and former consorts are in the form <title> <name> of country to distinguish them from monarchs, with they reverting to the form <name> of <country of birth> or maiden name if non-royal, on death. Do you really want Wikipedia to suggest that Anne-Marie is the current queen-regnant of Greece, just as Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom is queen-regnant of the UK? That is what your vote would result in, a 100% wrong name.
The international rules on exiled royalty is clear and used worldwide.
- Where a monarch freely abdicates, they are referred to as ex-king and ex-queen.
- Where a monarch is deposed (whether by coup, revolution or referendum) but they do not abdicate, they are referred to by their former constitutional title as what is called a courtesy title for the remainder of their lifetime.
As Constantine never abdicated, he is known internationally in republics and monarchies alike as King Constantine of Greece. The French Republic calls him that. The United States calls him that. The Republic of Ireland calls him that. The Republic of South Africa calls him that. They all make it clear that he is not the reigning king of Greece as there is no such person anymore, merely that he is a one-time king in exile. It is the same principle that sees former US presidents referred to as President, former US senators called Senator. Former ambassadors in much of the world still called Ambassador. They are courtesy titles, not statements that they still hold their former office. FearÉIREANN

Hello, I'm contacting you to let you know that I have withdrown the proposal for wikiproject Greek and Turkish wikipedians board of cooperation as so much time has passed in inaction, I am no longer interested in it and I don't have any time to spare for it. I regret to take this step unilateraly as there are some 16 people who had showed interest, but the whole thing has been inactive for too long in my opinion. Μέχρι τότε θα είναι περιορισμένη η παρουσία μου στο ελληνικό wiki. Αλλά κάποια στιγμή θα έρθε το πλήρωμα του χρόνου να αλλάξω κέντρο βάρους. Ένα άλλο στοιχείο που επίσης διαφοροποιεί την Ελληνική από την Αγγλική wikipedia και που επειβεβαιώνει αυτό που είπες για τα πολλά ανοιχτά ζητήματα και εδώ είναι η παρουσία ξένων χρηστών συγκεκριμένων εθνικοτήτων που οδηγεί σε έντονες αντιπαραθέσεις για άρθρα εθνικού ενδιαφέροντος (αν ο όρος αυτός είναι δόκιμος). Meanwhile, Atatürk lifted the Greek flag that was on the ground and he didn't step on your flag in İzmir, Turkish War of Independence. Then he said "A flag is the most important symbol for honour of a country." He was a gentleman I have ever seen. :)

This Is Our Night[edit]
Γειά σας. Είδα ό,τι μιλάτε τα ελληνικά ως μητρική γλώσσα όπως εγώ, δηλαδή θα σας μιλήσω ελληνικα. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί βάλατε το άρθρο του τραγουδιού μέσα στο άρθρο του καλλιτέχνη Σάκη Ρουβά στον ελληνόφωνο βικιπαίδεια. Νομίζω ό,τι πρέπει να ξαναγίνει όπως ήταν πριν γιατί το άρθρο του τραγουδιού ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό. Τι σχέση τώρα έχει πότε κυκλοφόρησε και η σύνθεση του τραγουδιού του Ρουβά με τον ίδιο. Ξέρω πως δεν υπάρχουν άρθρα για τραγούδια ακόμα στον ελληνικό αλλά πάντως είναι καλό να ξεκινάνε περισσότερα θέματα για τη μουσική. Το ελληνόφωνο είναι πάρα πολύ πίσω: έχει μόλις 40.000 άρθρα όποτε το αγγλόφωνο έχει περίπου 3.000.000. Μόνο γιατι δεν υπάρχουν άλλα άρθρα για σύγχρονα τραγούδια δεν συμαίνει ό,τι είναι λάθος να υπάρξουν και θα ήθελα να κάνουμε μια συμφωνία να το ξαναβάλουμε. Σας ευχαριστώ.
