Since this image has been tagged as not having a source, I've deleted it. However, you stated on the image's description page that you actually know the photographer and that you doubt he would object to its use. If that's the case, please get confirmation that he is willing to allow any use of the photo including commercial purposes and email such confirmation to permissions at wikimedia dot org when you re-upload the picture.
