Improve groups of articles to meet the standards for a Good or Featured Topic.
What constitutes a "neighborhood" of San Diego?
For example, I don't think of "La Jolla" as a neighborhood of SD, but as a community of SD, comprised of multiple neighborhoods, including: bird rock, wind n' sea, the village, la jolla shores, la jolla farms, upper hermosa, lower hermosa, etc.
The "Gaslamp Quarter", on the other hand, is, arguably, a neighborhood in Downtown San Diego.
