Kerala model For more than one reason Kerala is widely known as a psecial state in India and abroad. Qite often, its demographic characterstics and the achievements on the socio-economic front are highlighted as 'kerala model' and is unique among developing countries. Kerala,the southern part of India is well known for the world for the first elected ministry of communists.
