The old page read badly from an NPOV perspective, insofar as the authors were trying to give a neutral treatment to a very negative concept that comes from one side of the debate, without neutering the concept. The result was a somewhat stilted caricature of a villain. I rewrote the page to more clearly acknowledge the term's origins. However, I'm not an expert on the topics involved, and would like some Wikipedians with more investment in the page to ratify my changes, fix whatever errors or vagueness I put in, or roll it all back.
