Lactoferrin or Apolactoferrin content in fermented milk products, like ButterMilk?[edit]

Wiki now says: "Lactoferrin can be purified from milk or produced recombinantly. Human colostrum ("first milk") has the highest concentration, followed by human milk, then cow milk (150 mg/L).[1]"

Still no answer?

If one consumes fermented milk products, like sour milk or youghurt, do they contain approximately the same amount 150 mg/liter of Lactoferrin as ordinary cow milk the fermented product is made from?

Or is it possible they contain Zero amount, unless Lactoferrin is added articially?

What about cheese, like edam, emmental, cheddar etc?
