Fix[edit]

Please, someone fix this godawful article.--71.98.81.94 (talk) 20:36, 30 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Should be wikified. --Daniel C. Boyer 18:28, 12 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Should be a picture of Samara in the form she appears in when she comes out of the TV.

Do you mean when she is actually climbing out of the television set or do you mean just her spirit? If you mean her literally crawling out of the TV then I wouldn't mind uploading one. Adam 1412 10:28 26th January 2007.

I must agree with the original poster. I erased the stuff that makes no sense to anyone, but I don't know much about the movies. I actually came here to learn about Samara, but it's really difficult to amongst this mess. Hopefully someone who knows more about the film can fix it. Messing up[edit]

"Samara was also a full decade younger than Sadako when she was killed." Major error of mine not to have forgotten this. In my defense, Samara appears in-shot with another person exactly once (in the first movie), Sadako never. I don't think the age difference changed any plot points. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.125.84.84 (talk) 15:24, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Contradictions[edit]

There are no true contradictions. The lies about Samara's birth were all to throw people offtrack.

I can't recall...[edit]

"Also, it is mentioned that Anna was able to give birth to Samara with assistance from a New Age/Eastern medicine." Actually, isn't this information from a deleted scene? I could be wrong.--MythicFox 09:04, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Samara.png[edit]

Image:Samara.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:33, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Song[edit]

Although I agree with the fact that Samara's song shouldn't be included - how is it unencyclopedic? (Can't spell it) It tells some of the story of her curse! Vitual aelita (talk) 16:20, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article needs a major overhaul.[edit]

This article cannot simply stay as one four-lined paragraph. This character article is notable, but it would be wise to find some good reference links to backup the information that can be put in the article. However, it seems no one can be bothered to help find any references. If someone could help locate good references than this article could go somewhere.
