Hi. There seem to be two organizations called Church of God International. One being the Philippine one (which you seem to be familiar with), and another one being an unrelated splinter group of the Worldwide Church of God. Both should be mentioned in the article, as both exist. We also could make the page a disambiguity page (see Barrel for an example).
