Reñaca is a region recognized for its beaches and resorts in the Valparaiso Region of Chile. Reñaca is located on the coast, a neighboring city of Viña del Mar. Avenida Borgoño, a lengthy coastal road, links these two cities. Reñaca primarily caters to the upper-middle class as a residential area, known for a coastal style with various amenities and recreational options.
Overview[edit]
Reñaca is located at the northernmost extreme of Viña del Mar and has been incorporated by it. The beach of Cochoa and the town of Concón are situated to the north along the coast road. The lower part of the hill overlooking the beach is covered with residential buildings. The town also extends eastward up the valley through which the Estero de Reñaca flows, where most of the year-round population lives.
