The intro is very long, sometimes offtopic, and very U.S.-centric. Copy&paste from US State Dept. info? --Joy [shallot] 14:13, 23 Aug 2004 (UTC)

And quite out-of-date currently.

I updated the statistics, but the text needs to be rewritten for it to be updated.. edolen1 15:40, 17 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Why does this read like an advertisement for Slovenia? "From 1998 to 2000, Slovenia occupied a nonpermanent seat on the UN Security Council and in that capacity distinguished itself with a constructive, creative, and consensus-oriented activism." I updated the parliamentary election results to reflect the latest (2008) elections. BenA (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 06:06, 14 July 2010 (UTC).[reply]

Important notice[edit]

SO OUTDATED! Slovenia is a member of the EU and NATO, but this page doesn't reflect that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.118.173.37 (talk) 20:53, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The government section of the "Outline of Slovenia" needs to be checked, corrected, and completed -- especially the subsections for the government branches.

When the country outlines were created, temporary data (that matched most of the countries but not all) was used to speed up the process. Those countries for which the temporary data does not match must be replaced with the correct information.

Please check that this country's outline is not in error.

Thank you.
