MATTER AND ANTIMATTER: NATURE OF INTERACTION

Matter and Antimatter are good and evil twins of nature. Matter exerts gravitational force on other matter by the exchange of the postulated GRAVITON. Astrophysicists believe that there are huge galaxies constituting of antimatter in this universe. Antimatter binds to form galaxies due to a force which acts due to the postulated Antigraviton which is the antiparticle of graviton. There is much speculation on the nature of interaction between matter and antimatter. On purely theoretical basis it can be said that as matter attracts matter (as we all know) and also antimatter attracts antimatter (that is why there are galaxies of antimatter)so if we apply the most beautiful physical property of the universe that of SYMMETRY then it comes out that matter repels antimatter. So feel free of the fear that on some doomsday a cosmic body made of antimatter would strike us and everything would annihilate to form energy. This can be the Antigravity which we talk of so much.
