Squirrels Cricket Club[edit]

Hi there. Thanks for reading the Squirrels article and getting back to me. Admittedly I have made some exagerrations, but the club is a notbale aspect in the recent history of the University of Nottingham. I hope you find the toned-down version more acceptable. Thanks again for your time. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jamessweeting (talkcontribs) 19:01, 13 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Reading and Leeds[edit]

Do you think it would maybe be better to have a Reading and Leeds festivals article and cover them both there? They are very linked events... Morwen - Talk 18:11, 12 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Sure, it'd need someone who's been to Reading to confirm the similarities though.. Lan3y 18:27, Jun 12, 2004 (UTC)
Well, I went in 2001 and 2003, and nothing in Leeds festival fails to describe the Reading festival (apart from the obviously site specific stuff) Morwen - Talk 18:32, 12 Jun 2004 (UTC)

General Election[edit]

Great work over on MPs elected in the UK general election, 2005. I made a quick correction on the result for Tooting because the sitting Labour MP had actually retired, but otherwise I'm staying out of your way! Mackensen (talk) 00:18, 6 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I am aware of the possibility of that happening. The results are coming in so fast that I can't check the name of every member elected. I'm sure these will get updated if they manage to slip through (I'm not sure if the name of the MP is really required in the list, but that's another story..). Lan3y - Talk 00:22, May 6, 2005 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
