Untitled[edit]

While Komenda certainly had a lot of input into the products of the Porsche design team pre and post WWII, and has been since forgotten rather more than he deserves, the extent to which this is being pushed on Wikipedia's Porsche and Volkswagen pages by certain people is IMO skewing the articles and injecting what is in my opinion a POV bias contrary to the spirit of Wikipedia.

I have removed the link to the Erwin Komenda Porsche Designer page from many (but by no means all) the pages it had been placed on. Komenda was not sufficiently important to the subjects of those articles. I have removed mention of him entirely from articles (such as the Porsche Boxster) in which mention of him is rather off topic.

I believe that the level of mention of him on Wikipedia now is still much more than is generally given but that it is now toned down so that it does not appear that Wikipedia is pushing an agenda rather than documenting impartially as it should.

If you believe I have been too heavy-handed in this please let me know, on this talk page or mine.
