  • Amusing article, but doesn't seem to be recognized by anything at all. Delete, but would favor retention if a news story verified this and established that there are actually 15 leaders (or significant membership) for the counties of this micronation. Cool Hand Luke 06:17, 29 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • "the first King-Emprorer, his majesty Ned Blackman, delivered a speech to Parliament announcing that all territory on Earth was the legal territory of the People's Republic of Phoenix.     • PS This one does expand the definition for a Micronation a bit, claiming as it does the entire surface of the earth as its territory (while also defining its borders as coinciding with those of Arizona), but originality does not make it encyclopedic. Andrewa 20:35, 29 Oct 2004 (UTC)
