Envious Northern Samarnon[edit]

There are some educated northern samarnons who are envy of fellow northern samarnons. They dont want other kababayans to be successful. They are very parochial. What they do not realize is that the competition is not within northern samar but northern samar versus the other provinces and regions. if the envious northern samarnon will keep on cutting down their fellow samarnon, our legends, our stories, our personlitites, then, how can our legends, stories, histories and epics will be known be other provinces and regions.how can we invite graces to come to us, to northern samar. instead of being envious, why not be part of the mysteries and enigma of northern samar by using your education to do research and write additional stories about it. envious northern samarnons are deservice to our province.most of them are educated but their education is used to put fellow nortehanon down. they want to be ahead by pulling down others. Envious people are lonely if fellow nortehanon are successful. envy makes them perennially sick and susceptible to making wrong decisions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.204.209.103 (talk) 01:22, 16 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tourism[edit]

It would be better to add more details under the Tourism section to give the readers the actual status of tourism in Northern Samar. Since, the province is now pushing to grow in the tourism industry and contribute to economy. Therefore, I want to propose the following to be included in the Tourism Section:

One of the eco-tourism zones in Northern Samar is the most visited rock formation in the municipality of Biri, which mainly attracted tourists because of its distinct beauty. Biri Rock Formation even took the fifth spot in the Top 10 Philippine Gems organized by Isla Lipana & Co in 2013.

The reference that supports this statement is at https://www.philstar.com/nation/2013/10/14/1244877/biri-island-rock-formations-among-top-10-phl-gems

The Sila Island Resort is famous for its shorelines, sparkling in unique pink sand beaches. It is Northern Samar’s primary luxury resort, situated in the town of San Vicente. It is part of the Department of Tourism’s efforts to enter the foreign market to augment the tourism industry in the province.

Not done for now: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y". File does not exist. 15 (talk) 19:52, 20 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
