Who?

I was born on May 28, 1983 in Gent, Belgium and I am currently, at the time of writing, a last-year student in Germanistics at the University of Ghent, English being my major (both language and literature) and German my minor (literature only). My interests are very encyclopedic, and include a wide range of topics: politics, language, literature, poetry, popular culture, cinema, humour, video gaming, philosophy, astronomy, history (especially Antiquity) and art.

What?

I contributed in minor ways to a lot of articles, usually only correcting small errors or inaccuracies.

I am the original author of the article on my home village, Melsen, and I also contributed to articles related to Dutch language, Flemish student life, and articles on the characters from the video game franchise Mortal Kombat.
