The uploader believes that the image qualifies as "fair use" for Libertarianz:
- Wikipedia can't create its own version of this image - the whole point of having the image is to show what Libertarianz uses as its logo, and so the creation of our own image defeats the purpose. The image is not an image of what we want - it is what we want.
- The image is widely distributed by Libertarianz itself, and is already available for free from many sources. Libertarianz loses nothing by having the logo displayed in Wikipedia. Wikipedia's use of the image does not in any way detract from the image's worth or value to Libertarianz.
