Borlänge has a high crime rate and the famous Swedish tenor Jussi Björling was born in Borlänge.
What is the connection between these two statements?

The municipality has no city status whatsoever. This municipal status was totally abolished in 1971. The city status is nowadays purely historical and has no administrative significance of any kind. It should be applied to the seat of the municipality only. --Andhanq 22:30, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
