Personally, I think the Category:Conservatives is highly suspect, akin to the issue with liberals. At any rate, this category is very misleading, and empty. There is a political party with the name Conservative Party in the UK. If this were for members of that party (who do not necessarily hold to the conservatism ideology), it'd need a captialized C.
