Hi, just noticed that you had nominated Boop for deletion on Wikipedia:Votes for deletion. In cases like this, you can use speedy deletion, in which a page can be removed immediately if it fits into any of a set of categories (see Wikipedia:Candidates for speedy deletion). Florida law

If you are a 1L, you should have access to LoisLaw, West, or any of the other systems, I suggest you review Florida Statutes 784.048(1)(d). We have now defined the crime of "Cyberstalking". I say we, because I was involved in writing the legislation and testifying before the Florida legislature. If you are interested, our organization testified before the Florida legislature on behalf of online dating legislation last week that would require online dating web sites to disclose whether or not they do background checks on members.

784.048 Stalking; definitions; penalties.--

(1) As used in this section, the term:

(a) "Harass" means to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose.

(b) "Course of conduct" means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose. Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of "course of conduct." Such constitutionally protected activity includes picketing or other organized protests.

(d) "Cyberstalk" means to engage in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial emotional distress to that person and serving no legitimate purpose.

If you review the fact pattern, you'll see he has dog posted me, changed statements I made on TALK pages, made meaningless changes or introduced errors into pages. Such edits constitute harassment. Changing what were my words on a TALK page is improper and serves the purpose of distortion and harassment. I have seen this pattern of behavior many times in my volunteer work to stop online harassment.

BTW, I still approve of your text in the Abortion discussion, it was the multiple reversions by our friend that led to their demise -- not my objection or editing.

Well, when I was 16-17 I used to drink roughly the same 4,5 lt, nowadays (I'm 26) I only drink about 1, but no major health problems. I had blood tests 3 months ago, and other than a little more cholesterol than due (but for reasons others than soda), I'm clean. drini ☎ 22:32, 19 May 2005 (UTC)

More on Soda

Sigh. That's so wrongheaded i don't even know where to begin. How about this - caffeine, which is in a lot of soda, is technically a drug. However, it's potential for addiciton is remarkably low. Regardless, you're saying that soda itself is a drug (w/out reference to it's caffeine content), which is not true. You can certainly make the case that soda is bad for your health if not taken in moderation, but you're going way beyond that, thus what you're saying is simply incorrect and unscientific. I'm sorry if you your intake of soda contributed to your obesity at some point in your past, but that's not a problem i've ever had, so your preaching isn't doing any good here. Have fun on your f*cking weird anti-soda crusade, Andrew. I'm not going to respond to any more of your posts on my talk page (unless you decide to become a serious contributor to wikipedia) as i've grown tired of your pointless inquiries.
