Federal Politics[edit]

Sponsorship Scandal[edit]

I can find articles discussing Stephen Owen as the one following up on the scandal, appointing a commission to investigate and, later, discuss prosecution.[1][2][3] However, opposition questions always seem targeted at Paul Martin (as candidate and then Prime Minister). I imagine that the opposition actually did question Owen, but the sentence currently in the wiki text implies that the questions were aimed specifically at Owen as the person responsible. A more accurate sentence might be to describe Owen's statements and response to the scandal. Aphzidos (talk) 15:49, 7 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

HP Payment[edit]

The value of the Canadian payment in 2004 was 105 million US Dollars but 146 million Canadian dollars. I clarified this as "C$146 million." Aphzidos (talk) 15:49, 7 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
