ATV in popular culture[edit]

The article should be expanded to include comments on the portrayal of ATV in popular media, including Transformers3 and Gravity Daniel Scuka 18:00, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

ISS program extension[edit]

With the ISS program extended are there any plans for ATV production beyond the ATV-5 mission? If not, does the ESA have any follow on to ATV to service their ISS mission? Doyna Yar (talk) 13:46, 24 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Not seen any, the ATV production was a part payment for the lifting of the European ISS modules and the inability for any other countries craft to perform the reboost procedure with the retirement of the Shuttle. With Russian production focusing on crewed vehicles the Japanese and Americans have both now developed robotic freighters too though neither have the performance of the ATV. Orphaned references in Automated Transfer Vehicle[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Automated Transfer Vehicle's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "SpaceNews-2015-03-13":

  • From Dream Chaser: Jeff Foust (March 13, 2015). "Lockheed Martin Pitches Reusable Tug for Space Station Resupply". Space News.
  • From Commercial Resupply Services: Jeff Foust (13 March 2015). "Lockheed Martin Pitches Reusable Tug for Space Station Resupply". Space News.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 20:54, 31 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
