He is the Web Designer of the [World Wide Web Consortium][6], The Inventor of the World Wide Web.

He was born in the Philippines, In the Town of Burgos, Province of Pangasinan, Republic of the Philippines.

His Sutdies are all Scholarships from Various Foundations of Government and the Private Sector. A Summa Cum Laude of Manuel L. Quezon University, A Summa Cum Laude of the Lyceum of the Philippines.
