Hi, how's it going everyone? I'm in Arts Education at the University of Regina. For my ECMP 355 class (Introducing computers into the classroom), I was asked to post the most valuable website that I can use as a teaching resource possible. One of the most meaningful classes that I took this semester is ELNG 205 (Language Arts). Our assigned book, Italic textEarly Childhood Language ArtsItalic textby Mary Renck Jalongo is an excellent resource. What I find the most interesting about it is how it takes the idea of communication, and breaks is up in all of it varying elements. It also deals with inclusion and inclusion pedagogies, which I find very interesting. The book has a website: www.ablongman.com/jalongo3e It takes many of the main conponents form the book and puts them online, as well as tools to help us understand the meaning behind every chapter which is specifically talked about. You can also sign up for other websites, and be put on their mailing list, and receive endless teaching resources. To any future educator, educator, special needs assistant, or organization that deals with varying mental and/or health circumstances, please have a look! Hope you all enjoy it!
